Just over 100 people gathered at the Mandurah Offshore Sailing Club on Sunday February 15 for the annual Mandurah Crabbing Fun Day!
We teamed up with Camp Quality yet again for a day filled with fun activities involving pirates, fishing, waters fights and treasure hunts while sailing the beautiful bay, all to provide 21 families affected by cancer with some quality time together.
The Mandurah Offshore Sailing Club served up a delicious spread of fresh crab, burgers, sausage sizzles and salads for lunch and afterwards conducted a “Gold” treasure hunt where children could exchange what they found in the sand for some chocolate.
To conclude what was a fabulous day out in Mandurah, prizes were handed out to the best fisherman, best-dressed pirate along with many other awards before every child took home their very own fishing rod.
Thank you to Camp Quality and Mandurah Offshore Sailing Club for such a wonderful day.
