Books on Beds

ToyBox Australia is thrilled to be supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) WA “Books on Beds” program.

When WA families with sick children arrive far from home to the RMHC Nedlands House, there is a special book chosen especially for them waiting in their room. The gift of a ToyBox Australia bookmark and their very own book to keep are a small gesture that helps welcome the families to RMHC WA after a long journey.

ToyBox Creative Director, Sophia Barbagallo says:

“My kids and I love to snuggle up every night and read together before bed, so we are delighted we’re helping to make that happen for sick kids and their families in the Nedlands House.”

ToyBox Australia’s support of RMHC WA extends beyond the Books on Beds program to supported accommodation. By sponsoring a room at the Nedlands House, ToyBox Australia helps ensure regional WA families with sick kids have a home away from home during difficult times. ToyBox Australia is proud to be a regular supporter of RMHC, working to improve the lives of sick children and their families, through sponsorships, volunteering and supporting programs like “Books on Beds”.
