Camp Quality Camps

Over the course of 2019 and into 2020, ToyBox Australia has partnered with Miss Universe Australia to raise over $100,000 for Camp Quality. The Miss Universe Australia program sees 125 finalists nationally, fundraise individually for the duration of the program, to support Australian children in need.

The money raised has gone towards the much-loved Kids' Camps, Family Camps, Family Fun Days, Family Experiences and many more memorable one day events which gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again.

Camp Quality’s services and programs are created specifically to support children aged up to 15 years, who are dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad.

Funds that are raised for Camp Quality ensure the 8,900 kids facing cancer, who are registered for our services and programs, have the chance to create positive memories that change their cancer story. Camp Quality relies almost entirely on the generosity of everyday Australians, major donors, corporate partners, and trusts and foundations, to provide their services and programs free of charge.

ToyBox Australia and Camp Quality thank Miss Universe Australia, their 2020 contestants and all who donated to help make these camps happen, giving local children a much needed break from the worries of cancer. ToyBox is looking forward to working with Camp Quality again in 2021 with the next round of Miss Universe Australia finalists.
